1. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • You may only request a return after physically receiving the item.

  • All return shipping costs, including international shipping and customs fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Trying on an item for fit is acceptable, but wearing or using the product is not permitted.

  • Returns of items purchased in multiple sizes with the intent of keeping only one are not allowed.

  • Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Lyreli reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Process

  1. Submit your return request by emailing info@lyreli.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier, located in China.

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs duties or import fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package reaches our supplier.

Please note that we cannot process returns that are lost in transit or that do not have a valid tracking number.


3. No Cancellations or Refunds on Active Orders

After an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded before delivery.
This policy ensures accurate processing, protects our logistics and inventory system, and guarantees that every customer receives their order as expected.

If you wish to return an item after receiving it, please follow our standard return and refund procedure as outlined below.


4. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected at the supplier’s facility, you will be notified via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued within 14 business days via your original payment method.

Refunds are processed for the product cost only and do not include the original shipping fees or any return shipping charges.


5. Liability

  • Lyreli is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or marked as delivered by the courier but not received by the customer.

  • If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout, this is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Address corrections must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.

We highly recommend reviewing your order details carefully before submitting your purchase.

Because Lyreli operates as an online-based dropshipping business, all returns must be sent directly to our international supplier.
Returns sent to any other address or without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
